WPA Young Leaders Program

The second annual Young Leaders Program will take place on Thursday, January 29th, 2026, in conjunction with Wisconsin’s Corn Soy Expo at the Kalahari Resort in Wisconsin Dells. This event is geared toward youth ages 7-19 who are interested in agriculture, specifically the swine, corn, and soybean industries.

This program will be divided into two age groups. One session will be geared toward youth ages 15-19 and the other session will be designed for young people ages 7-14. Through hands-on, interactive experiences, attendees will expand their network of agricultural professionals in the state, grow their knowledge of pork, corn, and soybean production, and learn about career opportunities, professionalism and more. Parent/Guardian Release Waiver for participants under 18

I am the parent or legal guardian of the above named participants. I verify that my child meets the participation requirements (7 years of age or older) and has my permission to participate in the Young Leaders Program. I hereby acknowledge that my child’s photograph may be taken by WPA or Corn Soy Expo for use by Corn Soy Expo or WPA and agree to release and hold harmless the State of Wisconsin, Wisconsin Corn Soy Expo, Wisconsin Pork Association, their employees, volunteers, and all parties to whom this or any photograph may be released. It is understood and agreed that neither the State of Wisconsin nor the Wisconsin Pork Association shall be liable for damaged. The named participant(s) does hereby release and hold harmless the State of Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Corn Soy Expo, the Wisconsin Pork Association, their volunteers and employees from any responsibility whatsoever resulting from or coming out of participation of the Young Leaders program.
