2024 Pork Schoppe
Be sure to swing by the famous Pork Schoppe at the Wisconsin State Fair on August 1st-11th , 2024, from 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. each day. Treat yourself with a savory butterfly pork chop sandwich, flavorful pork burger, or the fan favorite pork chop on a stick or have one of each! This event is a great opportunity to collaborate with our volunteer groups, interact with consumers, and promote pork!
